Little Ray of Sunshine (mixed media)

Sometimes it’s good to do something a little out of the ordinary!

You may remember that I did a few ‘meditative drawings’ a while back. I really enjoyed those simple drawing exercises and found the process wonderfully relaxing (and a refreshing change from working with fibre!).

This time, I thought I’d try something similar, but using one of my own designs. And yes, that felt good! Relaxing, meditative and with a little more room for creativity.

A lovely reminder that sometimes a change of medium is just what we need.
