Under Southern Skies 1, latest needle-felted fibre painting

Recently I had to drive a 6 hours trip south, so I started out very early on a late winter's morning. The sun was coming up and it was foggy, so I took lots of photos of sheep and cows in this morning, misty light. I wanted to try and capture some of that atmosphere in my fibre painting.

Here is my latest artwork. I'm experimenting with a slight shift in style. Still showing my deep affinity for the Aotearoa New Zealand countryside, just abstracting it a little bit more than usual.
