‘Solace’, inspired by Pet Refuge NZ

I wasn’t planning to share this artwork until next year, as it was originally intended for an exhibition — but I thought, why not?

This piece is titled ‘Solace’. Like my earlier work ‘By Her Side’, it was inspired by the incredible support Pet Refuge provides here in New Zealand. They help people escaping domestic violence keep their pets safe and with them during an unimaginably difficult time.
