Happy 2nd birthday to Art of Us

Art of Us (artofus.nz) was born exactly two years ago this month. From the beginning, we chose to create a community, rather than a collective.

Our community of five New Zealand artists – each with very different practices, styles and mediums – has gone from strength to strength.

We support each other through all the highs and lows of the artist’s life. It’s a safe space where we can celebrate, reflect, and sometimes cry as we ride this creative rollercoaster together.

I truly appreciate our group and every single person in it. Love you all!
