What a fantastic day we had! Last weekend’s needle-felting workshop at the historic Greenhithe Old School Building was full of creativity, colour, and connection. This amazing old hall (built in 1893 – which is old for New Zealand) was the perfect setting for a relaxed and inspiring day of fibre art.
Everyone did such a brilliant job. Workshops like this are a joy to run, and it's always a privilege to see people discover the magic of needle-felting. Whether you’re a total beginner or a seasoned crafter, there’s something deeply satisfying about transforming wool into something uniquely your own.
NEXT WORKSHOP – Saturday 23 August
I’ll be back at the Old School Building for my ‘Needle-Felt a Unique Bookmark’ workshop. This time we’ll be creating beautiful, one-of-a-kind bookmarks, learning my signature felting technique. You’ll head home with a finished piece, ready to use or gift.
Spaces are limited and we are already half-full, so if you'd love to join us for a day of mindful making, book your spot now under 'Workshops' in the menu.
Hope to see you there!
