Creating beauty from broken pieces

I came across this stunning pathway image (creator unknown) where every crack has been filled with mosaic tiles, transforming what was once broken into something even more beautiful.

It immediately reminded me of Kintsugi, the Japanese art of repairing pottery with gold – embracing flaws rather than hiding them.

There’s something deeply inspiring about this approach to life: instead of seeing imperfections as something to be ashamed of, we can turn them into art, into strength, into something uniquely beautiful.
